ATSO Mental Health-Friendly Weekly Planner in Pink product description

Organize your to-do’s with our ATSO mental health-friendly weekly pink planner! We’re sharing with you our own customized planner to help you organize your weekly goals, track your weekly activity, and recognize your success! This mental health-friendly planner is for the person who wants to love lists, or already loves lists, but needs one that works best for them and their mental health.

It is estimated that more than 1 in 5 U.S. adults live with a mental illness (NIMH). Anxiety affects 42.5 million adults in the US, an estimated 31.1% of U.S. adults experience an anxiety disorder at some point in their lives, and 21 million adults are living with depression in the US. The ATSO weekly planner is designed with better mental health in mind.

Our ATSO weekly pink planner also makes a great gift! Young adults aged 18-25 years had the highest prevalence of any mental illness (33.7%) related to adults aged 26-49 years (28.1%) and aged 50 and older (15.0%) (NIMH), so your loved ones at any age can enjoy the benefits of using the ATSO weekly planner.

Mental Health-Friendly Weekly Pink Planner

The A-list is for to-do’s that need to be done this week, the B-list is for to-do’s that can be done next week, and the C-list is for bonus goals. The activity log is designed for you to track activities and hobbies such as working out, reading, self-care activities, and anything else!

This design is based on the format our CEO Sara has developed with the help of multiple psychologists to make to-do lists more approachable, manageable, and rewarding.

To-do lists can reduce anxiety, and preparedness can increase confidence (Carroll et al., 2020). Unfinished tasks can take up space in your mind and distract you from the tasks at hand, so breaking down tasks can help turn a to-do list into a plan, increasing your likelihood of completing your tasks and achieving your goals.

Breaking down the to-do list helps keep you from being overwhelmed and overcommitting to too much for one week, while still allowing you to look ahead to future goals. To-do lists are more effective when they are prioritized, and by breaking the list into three sections, ATSO makes space for you to add in and prioritize new tasks as they come up, allowing you flexibility. ‘By prioritizing and getting organized we can reduce stress which helps make us feel more confident about our tasks at work, school, and home’ (JED).
