All of the recipes in our ATSO Deliciously Simple Cookbook can be made without having to cut a single ingredient, and this is intentional. Living with mental health issues and intrusive thoughts can make being around sharp objects like knives difficult. All of these recipes can be made without knives to help minimize the amount of potential intrusive thought triggers.
All of these recipes are made using a minimal amount of dishes and cooking ware to save you from having to do extra dishes! These recipes are designed to be simple to make in 5 steps or less, so that even on days when you have no energy to cook or clean, you can still make a delicious meal without having to make a mess, cut a single ingredient, or spend a bunch of time in the kitchen.
