THRIVE, a Le-Vel company with over 30 patents, sent me samples to try, and I was happily surprised with the results, PLUS how well they work with my anxiety.
I have taken multivitamins in the past, but had not generally tried supplements (besides, of course, my ‘serotonin supplements’ aka antidepressants). I’m happy THRIVE reached out to me, because they are a supplement company that takes both physical AND mental wellness seriously.
I found their products especially helpful with my anxiety, and the company also offers a gluten-free option (in my favorite flavor vanilla), vegan options, plus all of their products are made with premium quality raw ingredients.
I tried THRIVE’s premium lifestyle vanilla mix, vitamin supplement capsules, and DFT patches. Here is my review!
THRIVE also provides formulated for women and a formulated for men specialized supplements. The products are meant to be taken first thing in the morning for maximum effect.
1. THRIVE Vanilla Mix – Overall Review 9 out of 10
The mix is delicious, and when mixed with milk (I used unsweetened almond milk), the mix tastes like a yummy milkshake. It is light in texture and easy to mix. I do recommend using a protein shaker if you have one, as this makes the mixing much easier. Try it with ice for a chilled version!
For flavors, you can choose from a bevy of options: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, apple pie, candy cane, salted caramel, fudge brownie, snickerdoodle, and vegan chocolate, strawberry, and apple pie mixes.
2. THRIVE Vitamin Supplement – Overall Review 10 out of 10
These were my FAVORITE. They are easy to take in capsule form, have no weird taste or texture that makes them tough to swallow, and they come in convenient single dose packages. This also makes them perfect for adding to your bag the night before if you have a busy and early morning the next day.
The vitamin supplements also had the biggest impact, for me personally, on my anxiety. My anxiety and intrusive thoughts were quieter, my energy was calmer and I felt more in control of my energy overall.
3. THRIVE Patches – Overall Review 5 out of 10
Personally, I did not love these. I wore them on hotter temperature days and since I personally sweat a lot on the extra hot days, the colors spread to my clothes. However, that aside, they were easy to apply (I chose my inner bicep since the forearm was distracting for me), lightweight, and there was no annoying texture.
